By accessing and using Danny's Cafe Training Academy Platform (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
3. GEOGRAPHIC RESTRICTION - INDIA ONLY
3.1 India-Only Service
Danny's Cafe Training Academy is exclusively available to users located in India. This Platform is not available to users outside India.
3.2 User Location Requirement
By accessing the Platform, you confirm that:
- You are physically located in India
- You are using the Platform from an Indian IP address or Indian phone number
- You are an Indian resident or visiting India with valid visa/documentation
- You are subject to Indian laws and jurisdiction
3.4 Non-Indian Users
If you are not an Indian resident or not physically located in India:
- You are NOT permitted to use this Platform
- Your account will be terminated immediately if discovered
- All payments made from outside India will be refunded or held in escrow
4. USER ELIGIBILITY
- Users must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
- By using the Platform, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
- India Resident Verification: If requested, you agree to provide valid Indian ID (Aadhaar, PAN, etc.) and proof of Indian address.
5. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
To access certain features, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and Indian phone number.
5.2 Indian Payment Methods
Accepted payment methods are limited to:
- Indian Credit/Debit Cards (issued by Indian banks)
- UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM from Indian accounts)
- Indian Netbanking (from Indian banks)
International cards or foreign payment methods will be rejected.
6. COURSE ACCESS & USAGE
6.2 Permitted Use
You may access courses from any device within India and download materials for personal offline use.
6.3 Prohibited Use
You may NOT:
- Access courses from outside India
- Resell, redistribute, or share course access with others
- Share login credentials
- Download or record video content without permission
- Use VPN to access the Platform from outside India
7. NO REFUND POLICY
Danny's Cafe Training Academy operates on a NO REFUND policy. Once a course or bundle is purchased, no refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances.
This applies to change of mind, technical issues (which we fix), or any other reason.
8. PAYMENT & BILLING
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) only. By making a purchase, you authorize Cashfree Payments to charge your payment method.
Chargeback Policy: If you file a chargeback, your account will be permanently terminated and you will be blacklisted.
9. VPN & LOCATION SPOOFING
Attempting to access the Platform from outside India using VPN or location spoofing software will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action.
17. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Both parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Salem, Tamil Nadu, India.

20. PURCHASE AGREEMENT
By making a purchase on this Platform, you automatically agree that:
- You are physically located in India.
- You understand and accept the NO REFUND policy.
- You have read these Terms & Conditions in full.
- You will not attempt to access the Platform from outside India.
